Built for seamless transitions between photojournalism and sports photography, urban exploration and adventure travel, and all kinds of social events with or without a camera, the blue Tenba DNA 16 Pro Camera Messenger Bag can hold a professional-sized DSLR camera with a grip and attached 70-200mm lens with room for up to six total lenses plus a flash, accessories, personal gear, a laptop,Ā and a tablet. The camera and lenses fit inside a padded insert in the main compartment that can be removed to allow its use as a conventional bag. Thoughtful design features and proprietary hardware make this bag easy to use and durable against the elements.
What It Holds
- Removable padded camera insert slides out to convert the bag for general-purpose, non-photo useļæ½it does not affect the rear sleeve so the bag can still be used to carry a tablet even when the padded insert has been removed
- Holds a Pro DSLR camera with attached 70-200mm 2.8 lens and grip, 4-6 additional lenses, a flash & accessories
- Sleeve for a laptop up to 16" and a tablet up to 11"
- Quick-access top zipper allows you to securely exchange cameras and lenses without opening the front flap, keeping the bag contents hidden in the process
- Zippered front pocket, located under the main flap, provides secure storage for important items like batteries, cables, memory cards, a phone, and keys
- Zippered rear pocket is ideal for a passport and other items
- Elastic mesh side pockets provide quick storage for a small water bottle on the exterior of the bag
- MOLLE-compatible exterior loops on the right side allow the attachment of accessories such as Tenba's Lens Capsules, Reload Battery Pouches and Card Wallets, and any other MOLLE-compatible pouches
How It's Made
- Lightweight 70D shadow ripstop nylon interior with two layers of polyurethane coatings and soft brushed-tricot lining
- Helix All-Weather polyurethane-coated nylon exterior
- TPU-coated and seam-sealed base is completely waterproof on the bottom 1.5" of the bag, so you can safely put the bag down on any wet surfaceļæ½even for extended periods of time
- Whisper Hook Closure on the flap can be opened with nearly silent operation by pulling straight down on the flap before pulling away from the bag
- Front flap extends over the bag and has a sewn hinge to ensure easy closure and weatherproof coverage at the corners
- Stealth reflective panel on the lower portion of front flap is made with black reflective material to increase safety and visibility at night
- Removable and reversible WeatherWrap rain cover is silver on one side to reflect the sun on hot days and black on the other side to blend in
- Fidlock magnetic clips allow fast slide release and easy drop-on reattachment so it can be opened and closed with one hand, even when wearing gloves or when the bag is behind you
