Verification & Approval
Our technical team will review your request to ensure the item is in its original packaging with all accessories and seals intact before providing a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Pack the electronic components securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided RMA label clearly on the exterior.
Refund Processing
Once the item is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
